Privacy at 3Hey

3Hey brings exactly three adults into a video room to talk and play. This notice explains what data is used to make that work.

What we use

• Account data: if you sign in, Google provides your name, email address and profile photo. You can set a separate display name and upload a 3Hey profile photo. Uploaded photos are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure and are replaced or deleted when you change or remove them.
• Matchmaking data: your selected conversation channel and matching language, room membership, connection status and whether you requested registered-only matching. Your language is saved on this device and, if you sign in, in your profile metadata.
• Approximate country: the service derives a two-letter country code from the connection information supplied by its network provider and shows the matching flag in the room. It is not a precise location, city or street address.
• Safety data: if someone is reported, we keep the room, reported account or participant, reason and time needed to review abuse.
• Camera and microphone: your browser asks permission before use. Live media is sent between people in the room using WebRTC; 3Hey does not intentionally record or store the audio or video.

Why we use it

We use this data to authenticate accounts, form three-person rooms, show room identities, run games, prevent abuse and keep the service reliable. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers

3Hey uses Google for sign-in, Supabase for authentication, and Cloudflare infrastructure for the website, room coordination and related storage. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

Your choices

You can use regular matchmaking without an account, decline camera or microphone permission, switch either device off in a room, leave at any time, or sign out. For access or deletion requests, use the developer support contact shown in the Google sign-in consent record.

Age and safety

3Hey is for people aged 18 or older. Do not share passwords, financial details, addresses or other sensitive information with people you meet.
