By using 3Hey, you agree to these rules. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Adults only

You must be at least 18 years old to use 3Hey.

Be a good human

Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit or discriminate against anyone. Do not show sexual, violent or illegal content, spam people, run scams, or attempt to bypass safety controls.

Your account and content

You are responsible for activity through your account and for what you say, show or share. Do not upload or transmit anything you do not have the right to use. Protect your private information and never ask others for passwords or financial details.

Safety actions

People can mute, leave and report. We may restrict access, preserve report records or cooperate with lawful requests when needed to protect people and the service.

Prototype availability

3Hey is an evolving prototype. Rooms, games and accounts may change, pause or fail. The service is provided without a promise of uninterrupted availability.

Ending use

You may stop using 3Hey at any time. We may suspend access when these rules are broken or when needed for safety, security or legal compliance.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continuing to use 3Hey after an update means you accept the revised terms.
